Right now, a large number of farmers with a huge number of cows have started to move towards the border area of Rusumo in Tanzania as an implimetation of  president kikwete's order.

Traduction: While talking to locals by phone on Sunday, the Ngara dictrict commissioner  Constantine kanyasu said that a large number of illigal farmers (with cows) have positively responded to the president's call as they have started to leave on their own will.
The problem of illegal immigrants have been a big issue to not only the district of Ngara but the entire province of kagera, we thank God that they have started to leave, only those with permits are staying. It is a must that we check( verify) those permits as some were issued fraudelently, said Kanyasu.
She warned that the forced repatriation process for illegal immigrants and farmers is waiting to the deadline before its implimentation as ordered by president Kikwete.
Hofu ya Wanajeshi kuongezeka: Concern of seeing an increase in Army (troops) presence.
While talking to the issue of an increase in soldiers presence in the district if Ngara, Kanyasu said that in her district there has been a unit of rapid intervention in one of the Tanzanian People's Defence Forces (TPDF) with many soldiers but this was not disclosed to the public for security reasons.“Unajua kuna kelele za hapa na pale na haya majibizano yanayotokea baina ya Rwanda na Tanzania. " You know there are rumours of here and there regarding the exchange between Rwanda and tanzania. It seems likes this has surprised people who think that our troops (TPDF) of intervention unit from is brought in from Ngara as a precaution," and added that those troops are always there to protect the tanzanian borders.
Despite that, the district commissioner has asked the locals to carry on with their activities and be cooperative to those soldiers.
President Kikwete has ordered that such an operation of repatriating (crackdown) on(of) illegal immigrants be conducted similtaneously in the provinces of  Kigoma, Kagera and Geita under TPDF (army), Police, secret services(intel) and immigration officers and warned criminals that they will not have a place to hide.
